The meeting will take place at School Board Office, 1705 Sullivan Drive.

At a special meeting held Monday, the board approved a revision to the school calendar, allowing 11-month employees to be off from June 18 - July 9.

The remainder of the 2008-2009 school calendar was approved previously.

The first day of school for all Bogalusa 1-12 schools is Aug. 6, and pre-k and kindergarten students begin August 13.

Also at the Monday meeting, the board changed their next regular meeting date - from June 16 to June 23.
